M.O.M. Program [Movements of the Month] - Free for this week!

Hello Yulagans! This week we will be opening our MOM Program to the public, for free. Then we will be having a special purchase sale this Spring. For those interested in trying it out, now is your chance. 
How to enjoy the MOM program for free this week. 
Go to our Menu. Click on Login. Enter Password: momwarriors4yula and then follow the Instructions. 
Due to the COVID-19, Our Team has been trying to think of a way to get some quick workouts in, while still learning how to dance 'ori tahiti in your very home. We came up with the perfect program. The MOM Program. We combined our intense workouts and our classes all into one. You can learn, while doing body weight movements to lose weight, dance and grow stronger. Wanna know more.

HOW THE MOM PROGRAM WORKS
1. Login with the password given by Yula Team
2. Pull out your timer. 
3. Review the videos given for your convenience on basics.
4. Follow the WOD [Workout of the Day] Card.
5. Smile. Have fun. Film your progress. Tag us in your progress.
