3 Daily Workouts. 3 Daily Meals & 3 Daily Tasks.
We send you weekly workouts, meals and tasks you must complete each day. Sunday will be check-in days and rest days. Journaling is a must, video journaling is better. We have had much success with the last 3 sessions for this year. We do NOT share videos. This is all private.
